How to Request Deletion
To request account or personal data deletion, contact the developer using the email listed on the app's Google Play Store listing. Include the following details:
- Your registered name, phone number, or email used in the app.
- The request type: account deletion, enquiry data deletion, or support record deletion.
- Any order or enquiry reference if applicable.
What Will Be Deleted
We will delete or anonymize personal information linked to the request, including account profile details, support enquiries, and app-submitted contact information where applicable.
Data That May Be Retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business record purposes. Retained records will be limited to what is necessary.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are generally reviewed within 7 business days. Completion time may vary depending on verification, legal requirements, and the type of data requested.
